On May 21^st, Plan China held an endowment ceremony respectively in Xixiang County and Chenggu County. People participating in this ceremony were the government’s leaders, Women’s Union of the county, the county’s Education Bureau and functionaries of every towns or villages and so on. The leaders of the county’s government and Women’s Federation respectively made a speech in the ceremony and showed their deep thanks to Plan China for providing emergency relief and they promised to give the relief goods out to the villagers suffering from the disaster as soon as possible.

The Women’s Federation of the county represented the target villagers to accept the goods, meanwhile, gave the goods out to the villagers according to the conditions of the disaster areas. Xixiang County accepted 200 tents and colorful plastic cloths of 200 bundles. Chenggu County accepted 200 tents and colorful plastic cloths of 100 bundles. As soon as the representatives of each province in the meeting got the goods, they went to the disaster areas to distribute the goods to the target villagers and schools at the first time.
