| “以儿童为中心”的减防灾项目培训在西安成功召开 |
2011年12月6日至9日，由陕西省妇联、陕西省岚皋县妇联、国际计划（中国）联合举行的“以儿童为中心的减防灾培训”在西安市体育宾馆召开。来自陕西陕西省岚皋县妇联、教育局及10所学校的校长及体育老师参加了培训。陕西省妇联国际部部长陈小江女士参加了培训。此次培训采用参与式脆弱性分析法，提升减防灾意识，并通过儿童游戏、角色扮演、查找备灾薄弱环节等多种方式，提高了参训人员培养学生应对自然灾害的能力。在培训的最后一天，还邀请了中国红十字会总会训练中心特聘著名急救培训专家对急救基本技能进行了宣讲。

 During the conference, child representatives actively expressed their concerns on environmental protection, school violence, child rights and discussed heatedly about their studies and lives. The teachers guided the children to carry out group discussion on the child participation activity and its impact and to make presentations. Meanwhile, children’s excellent handmade works and paintings have been displayed in the meeting. At the meeting, Wu Dongli, the Chairperson of the County Steering Committee, and Secretary of the County Party Committees pointed out the significance of the conference jointly held by the County Youth League and Plan China. The conference not only promoted children’s participation, enhanced the public awareness on children’s growth, but also strengthened children’s sense of social responsibility. She also encouraged the students to study hard and improve the abilities of practice and innovation. Liu Zhongliang, the Sponsorship & Grants Support Manager of Plan China and Luo Lixia, the President of the County Women’s Federation delivered a speech respectively. There were more than 200 people attended the conference. On the afternoon of 23rd May, the meeting was closed successfully with children's wonderful performances. (Li Yu) |
