 再见，白水！再见，白水项目区的父老乡亲！国际计划白水社区主导型发展项目（CDD）工作小组就要离开你们了！ 2009年12月15日，国际计划、白水县政府、县扶贫办及社区的代表和CDD协助员等济济一堂，回顾总结项目成果，并郑重宣布国际计划CDD工作小组将于2009年年底撤出白水——此举标志着白水CDD项目圆满结束。 |

Target to Plan China since 2003. The donation will be used to improve children’s study environment and teachers’ working condition in poverty areas. In the 6 years, Target has donated a total of 132,936 US dollars to Plan China.
In the afternoon, representatives of Target visited Jingyao township middle school. In the PE class of Grade 2, Target representatives played a short basketball match with children. The donation will be used in Donglu Kindergarten, Jingyao Middle School in Pucheng County and Yanghe Kindergarten in Xixiang County for teachers’ capacity building and kindergarten’s development.

At the donation ceremony, Target’s Human Resources and Administrative Director, Madam Zhou Yan made a donation speech and Plan China Grants Manager Zhang Aiying claimed that she would positively promote mutual cooperation. The deputy minister of Pucheng County Education Bureau, the principal of Donglu kindergarten and the headmaster of Jingyao township middle school also made speeches and thanked Target and Plan China for the donation. All those participating then watched a performance by the children.
