Since being launched in August of 2008, Hand-to-Hand Project has carried out operations in 6 project areas of 3 provinces including Gansu, Shaanxi and Henan Province. The content of project covers different aspects of early childhood care and education of rural children. This conference lasted for 2 days, during which time, it reviewed the project development condition in the half year and explicited the content for the future work; it introduced the relative financial rules and procedures of the project in order to guarantee the transparency and accountability of the project finance management; it conducted the capacity building of the local project teams; Meanwhile, it will offered software and hardware technical supports for project activities to the local government project workers.
