Though it was modestly-funded, it worked closely with governments. We look forward to new training models in the future, like organizing more study tours for trainers so as to enlarge their knowledge.” Wang Jianli, coordinator for School Improvement Project from County Education Bureau, suggested, “Both Plan China and the government operated trainings for teachers, which were overlapped and need to be well balanced in the future. Besides, I hope more training on students’ psychological health will be delivered for head teaches so that they can better fulfill their duties.” Over 40 persons attended the meeting, including the County Education Bureau, Agricultural Bureau, Bureau of Environmental Protection, County Committee of Youth League, Center of Disease Control; Maternal and Child Care center, Women’s Development Association, members of six Township Project Offices, along with leaders and villagers from Hu Jia Miao Township and Shi Qiao Township.
