On 4^th September, 2009, the day which would never be forgotten, was seen as a landmark in the Yuan Shan Primary School’s history. The inauguration ceremony for the new teaching building was held in Yuan Shan Primary School. The teaching building project gained financial support from Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK) and was implemented under the supervision of Plan. Related leaders of Cheng Gu government and representatives from NYK and Plan attend the ceremony, including the general representative of NYK China Takao Ito, vice general manager of East Asia Management Department Xu Guoqiang, Plan Japan officer Misao Ohashi, Grant and Financial Support Director Liu Zhongliang, Plan Xi Xiang Program Manager Wang Shaoping.
